In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business solution owners at the group level, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data use cases. You will work with teams across 21 Rexel countries, tailoring data solutions to their specific challenges. Your collaboration will extend to the delivery team, partnering with technical leads, data engineers, scrum masters, and the TIBCO team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data products. You will also engage with Service Management and Run teams to maintain and improve data solutions continuously.

Responsibilities include:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and other product owners, to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our data platform to guide product development.
• Utilize strong SQL skills to analyze data and provide insights that inform product decisions.
• Leverage data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to create impactful dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, to manage product delivery and ensure timely releases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in product ownership or management, specifically in data products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, databases, data visualization, and analytics concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
• Solid analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• A proven track record of delivering BI, data products, or data platform projects.
