The AI & Data Analytics Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis’ Product Tech Group. As a member of a Product Intelligence team, your mission is to work alongside our data science, product, and software development partners to put science into decision-making.

Responsibilities of the Role

1. Designing, developing and maintaining product and feature health metrics and monitoring visualizations
2. Working closely & Build relationship with software product managers, designers and engineering stakeholders to answer mission-critical questions
3. Advise on data instrumentation needs and work with data engineering and product developers to ensure successful implementation
4. Make recommendations by translating data into insights through retrospective analysis of key metrics
5. Deliver presentations on analysis results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
6. Build trusted relationships with the software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledge

1. Ability to take a challenging question, gather most important aspects, find the data needed, and recommend data-driven solutions with a road-map.
2. Measurable consumer engagement impact through research, retrospective analysis or products built
3. Measurable revenue impact

Qualifications

1. 5 + years of experience in customer/ client facing product analytics/ user behavior role
2. Demonstrated experience in on event level/ clickstream product data.
3. Ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical & technical stakeholders
4. Experience with communicating data & non-data narratives effectively (verbal & non-verbal).
5. BA/BSc degree required with a technical focus – e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Math, engineering
6. Strong Data Modelling skills with SQL, R/Python for data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI
7. Familiarity working in a notebook-based workflow a plus
8. Work experience in cross-functional teams a plus
9. A passion for Product Analytics/ Product Management and the automotive industry a plus
