Shotgun! is building a dedicated product squad around Money, focused on payments, tax compliance, and revamping the PSP architecture.

As the Product Data Analyst, you turn data into decisions and ensure a data foundation and data quality for every product decision. You will define a clear set of metrics, lead reconciliation of PSP data with internal ledgers, and design advanced models for financial flows while collaborating with Ops and Finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial data or regulated environments.
• Strong data modelling skills and solid SQL.
• Analytical mindset with interest in Python and dashboards.
• Comfort with numbers and eagerness to dive into product metrics.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor squad metrics, including financial metrics.
• Lead data reconciliation between PSP data and ledgers.
• Design advanced data models for payments, payouts, taxes, and compliance.
• Define ownership standards for critical financial data.
• Support PSP architecture revamp: data quality checks and migrations.
• Collaborate with Ops and Finance; contribute to Data Platform beyond squad scope.
