Job summary

Shotgun! in Paris is looking for a Product Data Analyst to join one squad and turn data into decisions. You will ensure a data foundation for product decisions, maintain data quality, and support the roadmap with analytical insights.

You will monitor squad metrics, run opportunity analyses, and own feature tracking analytics, while collaborating with PMs, designers, and engineers to drive data-driven product improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience with data-heavy tasks (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, SQL, automation, Python)
• Strong analytical mind and solid academic background
• Comfort with numbers and deeper SQL, Python, dashboards and product metrics
• Strong appetite for the product
• Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor squad metrics and educate stakeholders on readings
• Run opportunity research and discovery analyses to influence the roadmap
• Monitor projects after launch with dashboards and results communication
• Maintain context source of truth: metric definitions, rules, documentation
• Own the new features tracking analytics
• Review production database modeling for quality and consistency
• Maintain dbt models and data access
• Own the strategy and implementation of A/B tests when relevant
• Analyze product bugs and prioritize fixes
• Contribute to the Data Platform beyond squad scope
• Participate in immersions to run product tests and gather qualitative data
