Le candidat travaillera sur l'analyse des performances des jeux et le comportement des joueurs, influençant positivement l'expérience de jeu. Qualifications

  • 3-4 ans d'expérience en analyse de produits ou de jeux.
  • Compréhension solide de SQL et aisance avec de grands ensembles de données.
  • Esprit proactif et désir d'apprendre au sein d'une équipe de développement de jeux.

Responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de jeux pour analyser les performances et le comportement des joueurs.
  • Suggérer des améliorations du gameplay basées sur l'analyse.
  • Surveiller la stabilité des systèmes et identifier les anomalies de données.

In July 2022, we launched our Pocket Champs game worldwide which quickly became one of the top-grossing games in its category. In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations.
This dynamic ecosystem requires meticulous coordination to keep our games at the forefront of technology and user experience.

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and collaborate with the Game Managers for New Games and Tech Managers to enhance our mobile gaming experience. Passionate about games, you will support the definition of performance objectives and the analysis of player behavior, helping ensure our systems remain stable and our data is accurate.

Based in Paris, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Data Analytics Manager, Game Managers, Tech Managers, and other Analytics team members to deliver impactful analyses and contribute to actionable business insights that support our innovation.

Your future responsibilities and scope:
    • Collaborate with Game Managers to conduct in-depth analyses on game performance and player behavior (version releases, AB tests, etc.), helping define success criteria and business questions for game updates and new features.
    • Proactively suggest gameplay improvements based on analytics and your understanding of game mechanics.
    • Design and optimize Events Tracking for new game features or updates.
    • Assist in monitoring system stability and identifying data anomalies with Tech Managers.
    • Be part of a collaborative analytics team that values experimentation, creativity, and learning.
    • Communicate effectively across teams, from managers and the game team to analytics and growth.
    • Perform data crunching and build insightful dashboards both on demand and through proactive initiatives
The profile we are looking for:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics).
    • 3-4 years of experience in product or game analytics.
    • Passion for mobile games and curiosity about how they’re made and improved.
    • Solid understanding of SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
    • Familiarity with data visualizations tools (preferably Looker).
    • Proactive mindset, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced game development team.
    • Clear communicator, able to share findings in a simple, structured way.
    • Bonus: experience with A/B testing, or understanding of gaming KPIs like ARPU, retention, DAU, etc.
