Spendesk is seeking a Compliance Business Officer to embed regulatory requirements into product development and day‑to‑day operations. You will draft compliance requirements for new features and partner with product, commercial, operations and legal to ensure offerings meet regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a product compliance role within financial institutions, fintechs, or payment operators.
• Expertise with card transactions, regulations and SEPA rules.
• Experience advising business stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for business teams.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess regulatory implications of new products, services and initiatives and embed compliance requirements from discovery through development.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks in offerings and operations.
• Review and validate commercial and marketing materials for regulatory alignment.
• Contribute to design and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and guidance with cross-functional teams.
