• Experience using Jira/Confluence to document requirements, roadmaps and backlogs.
• Experience ensuring GDPR/ITAR compliance in IT solutions.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable ServiceNow or Jira tickets.

Responsabilités

• Act as the product owner for IT Solutions and Services using Jira/Confluence to document requirements, roadmaps and backlogs aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with development, security and compliance teams to define MVPs and track progress via Agile methodologies.
• Drive lifecycle management of IT solutions using ServiceNow for ITSM and Confluence for centralized documentation.
• Identify gaps in regulatory compliance and propose mitigations documented in Jira tickets with ownership.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and translate requirements into ServiceNow requests or Jira stories.
• Lead deployments with ServiceNow Change Management workflows to minimize operational risks.
• Define KPIs in ServiceNow CMDB and monitor performance with Splunk/ELK, coordinating incident response via Jira.
• Maintain compliance documentation in Confluence and enforce governance via GRC modules.
