We are currently seeking a Product Business Analyst to join our France-based team in this remote role, with occasional travel to our Boulogne-Billancourt site. Both English and French language skills are required for this role.

This role involves translating complex product needs of high-profile clients into functional specifications. You will also take ownership of project management for product changes and handle all internal and external communications related to the product.

You will work with global, household-name clients, supporting a product that helps clients bring brands to life with ease and accuracy.

You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with a close-knit team of technical and product specialists in a rapidly growing, dynamic, and fast-paced global industry environment.

This role is ideal for an aspiring Project Manager or Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to web-based applications, SaaS, or project management tools.

In this role you will:

• Translate organizational strategy and customer needs into functional requirements.
• Manage and maintain product documentation, including end-user and administrator guides, and communicate product updates and releases.
• Act as a key liaison with implementation and operational teams to advise on functionality, feasibility, and upcoming plans; maximize product uptake.
• Manage product demonstrations and engage in pre-sales processes when required.
• Project-manage ongoing development initiatives, including preparing and coordinating product releases.

You will have:

• Experience in software implementation and/or product management, preferably in a B2B and SaaS context.
• Experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle: backlog prioritization, sprint management, retrospectives, and iterative improvement.
• Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications.
• Strong communication skills to relay complex ideas clearly and concisely.
