Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Site/Entity Métier Team leader in various industries.
• Proven experience in international product development and cross-functional initiatives.
• Chartered Engineer certification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Leading the development of the Generic Architecture Strategy.
• Creating roadmaps and delivery plans for transformation.
• Negotiating and aligning strategy across diverse stakeholders.
• Assessing progress and addressing deviations with performance indicators.
• Organizing communities of practice to mature understanding.
