The Producers role involves collaborating with top voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in our expanding markets to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will work closely with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, focusing on sound design and production quality to create immersive audio experiences. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data-driven strategies to define our audio production approach. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages.
2. Analyze show performance and identify causes for drops in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and post-production.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Coordinate with content teams to plan resources and ensure a smooth content pipeline.
6. Contribute innovative ideas for sound design, production processes, and final outputs.
7. Provide feedback to talent to help them reach their potential.
8. Collaborate with category and program managers to manage P&L for the category involving talent and reps.
9. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively under pressure with diverse teams.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in French (native) and English (fluent).
3. Background in audio work is a plus.
4. Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
5. Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
6. High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
7. Comfortable working with talent and their representatives.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work)
