The Producers role involves partnering with top voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in our target markets to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will collaborate with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios—both in-house and outsourced—to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity about innovation and data, to define our audio production strategy. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging, high-quality shows that maximize listener retention at all stages (start, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, extensions).
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis for drops in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules for new shows, overseeing recordings, sound engineering, and post-production.
4. Lead all audio production aspects: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Coordinate with content teams to plan resources based on the content pipeline.
6. Contribute innovative ideas for sound design, production processes, and final output.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, or related fields.
2. Fluent in French (native) and English.
3. Background in audio work is a plus.
4. Passionate about audio production with ideas for innovation and hit shows.
5. Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
6. High attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
7. Experience working with talent and talent reps.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working under pressure and with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote)
