Alvarez & Marsal is looking for a Senior Associate/Director in the PEPI Procurement team to support pre‑deal diligence (buy and sell side) and savings delivery across industries in France. You will oversee procurement workstreams, develop and implement sourcing strategies, and help drive value creation for clients.

With around 5–10 years in procurement or strategic sourcing, you will engage senior client stakeholders, build robust documents, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited university.
• Around 5–10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience across sectors such as industrials/manufacturing, chemicals, IT & technology services, healthcare, CRG.
• Sourcing experience in metals, packaging, chemicals, manufacturing services, food products, logistics, CDMO and IT.
• Fluency in French and English; additional European languages welcome.

Responsabilités

• Oversee procurement elements of buy/sell side pre‑deal diligence and summarize opportunities, benefits, and levers.
• Manage post‑deal savings delivery projects: build sourcing strategies, execute delivery, sign off savings.
• Lead projects, develop junior team members, and collaborate with GCC to deliver a world‑class service.
