Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is seeking an experienced Director or Senior Director to join our European Valuation & Modelling practice. You will lead complex engagements, collaborate with senior professionals, and contribute to high‑impact client work.

Fluent business‑level French and English are essential, and you should have a strong network across the French business leader communities. Ambition, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly valued at A&M.

Qualifications

• Significant valuations experience in the Valuations team at a Big 4 accounting firm / independent valuation firm / consulting firm
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent business level French and English is essential; additional European languages valued

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Managing Directors in France and across EMEA on business development activities including proposals, pitches & networking
• Lead multiple and complex Valuation engagements whilst collaborating with specialists across teams
• Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
• Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports
• Contribute to the development of the wider team through formal and informal training
