Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la définition et du suivi des performances des achats, en collaborant avec divers départements pour établir des indicateurs clés de performance. Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets d'amélioration continue et de participer à des initiatives de réduction des coûts. Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement indirect ou CAPEX dans une entreprise internationale.

YOUR ROLE

You act as point of contact for Indirect & CHEI Procurement to define & follow the procurement performance groupwise, including Synergy Plan.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Define in liaison with head of Departments the KPI to measure performance and synergies for Indirect & CHEI scope.
2. Deploy the defined KPI methodology through the Procurement community.
3. Define, update and follow a global performance plan throughout the CMA CGM Group, including non-HO affiliates.
4. Define, update & follow a global synergy plan throughout the CMA CGM Group.
5. Analyze collected data to help each procurement team improve their performance target.
6. Animate the existing buyers’ communities to foster & enhance synergies potential.
7. Participate to Indirect & CHEI Procurement Governance to relay best practices & process from Head Office to affiliates.
8. Directly handle and/or ensure proper handling of negotiation (including Sourcing phase, contractualization & contract management) especially when integrating new affiliates.
9. Actively participate in Cost Reduction Plan but also identify rationalization of Procurement Process.
10. First level of support & entry for affiliates local team on corporate process & way of buying.
11. Work on yearly procurement roadmap to ensure needs are properly collected & align with Head Office strategy.
12. Directly work with Procurement VP on any topics linked to the performance of the department.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. You have at least 10 years of experience in Indirects or CAPEX Procurement ideally acquired in an international company with multiple subsidiaries and sites.
2. You are fluent in French and in English.
3. You have a strong proficiency in data analysis and you are able to gather data coming from multiple channels.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt your communication.
