YOUR ROLE

You act as a point of contact for Indirect & Equipment Infrastructures Procurement to define & follow the procurement performance groupwise, including Synergy Plan.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Define in liaison with the head of Departments the KPI to measure performance and synergies for Indirect & Equipment Infrastructure scope.
  • Deploy the defined KPI methodology through the Procurement community.
  • Define, update, and follow a global performance plan throughout the CMA CGM Group, including non-HO affiliates.
  • Define, update & follow a global synergy plan throughout the CMA CGM group.
  • Analyze collected data to help each procurement team improve their performance targets.
  • Animate the existing buyers’ communities to foster & enhance synergies potential.
  • Participate in Indirect & Equipment Infrastructure Procurement Governance to relay best practices & processes from Head Office to affiliates.
  • Directly handle and/or ensure proper handling of negotiations (including Sourcing phase, contractualization & contract management), especially when integrating new affiliates.
  • Actively participate in Cost Reduction Plans and identify rationalizations of Procurement Processes.
  • Provide first-level support & entry for affiliates’ local teams on corporate processes & ways of buying.
  • Work on the yearly procurement roadmap to ensure needs are properly collected & aligned with Head Office strategy.
  • Work directly with the Procurement VP on any topics linked to the department's performance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in Indirects or CAPEX Procurement, ideally acquired in an international company with multiple subsidiaries and sites.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You have strong proficiency in data analysis and are able to gather data from multiple channels.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can adapt your communication style accordingly.
