A leading company in the transportation sector is seeking a Procurement Digital Transformation Director to lead the strategic evolution of their global procurement digital landscape. This role involves defining and executing the digital roadmap and managing relationships with key technology partners. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in digital transformation and proven success in AI/GenAI implementation, as well as strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in digital transformation in large industrial companies.
• Proven success in AI/GenAI implementation in procurement.
• Fluent in English and skilled in multicultural environments.

Your Mission

As Procurement Digital Transformation Director, you will lead the strategic evolution of Alstom's global procurement digital landscape. You will define and execute the digital roadmap, drive adoption of cutting-edge tools including AI and GenAI, and ensure alignment with our 3-year strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation

• Define strategy, standards, and goals for procurement processes and applications
• Accountable for the procurement global digital roadmap and tool performance
• Ensure alignment and adoption across the procurement community
• Manage relationships with IS&T (Information Systems & Technology) towers

Team Management

• Lead and develop the Business Process Owner team
• Ensure target achievement and timely delivery
• Promote ethical conduct and Alstom's Code of Ethics

What You Bring

• 15-20 years of experience in digital transformation within large industrial companies
• Proven success in AI / GenAI implementation in procurement
• Strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments
• Expertise in SAP Ariba, ECC, S4, and data analytics
• Fluent in English with an international mindset

Your Background

• Degree from a Business or Engineering school (Information Systems or IT)
• Master's in Purchasing (preferred)
