Job description
General Procurement Duties
- Tender processes for the purchase of materials
- Use of electronic bidding software for procurement
- Use of other software for procurement purposes
- Follow-up activities on material deliveries, expediting pending order deliveries
- Monitor the progress of active transactions and conduct service quality assessments at the end of each contract
- Monitor the progress of issued requests until they are transformed into POs and issued to suppliers
- Monitor the progress of orders until products and/or services are received and invoiced
- Follow up on validated invoices and payments to contractors
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
- Database maintenance, analysis, and management
- Participate in service quality meetings, correspondence, and relations with internal users and external clients
- Monitor, track, and perform gap analysis on KPIs and SLAs of key vendors
Provide feedback on KPIs to key vendors regularly, develop and agree on action plans to close gaps, conduct spending analysis, and handle communications.
- Perform other similar duties as requested by management
- Ensure tendering procedures comply with SOX and other requirements
- Derogation of C&P roles/duties as needed
- This position provides management with flexibility in material purchases and ensures adherence to procedures
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar technical environment
- Proficiency in Office (Outlook, Excel) and knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS, SAP)
- High standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills

Candidate criteria
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Required authorizations: Oil and Gas procurement and logistics experience
