Applied Materials is seeking a Process Support Engineer to support DDP products in the Grenoble area. Based in Grenoble, you will engage customers early with R&D, qualify processes after installation, and optimize performance and cost of ownership while aligning with Product Groups on technical solutions.

You will interact with Sales and Support Service teams, ensuring smooth troubleshooting and adherence to company policies. Travel about 25% is required; relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in semiconductor industry on advanced production equipment.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer engagement: early collaboration with R&D to position and evaluate new products.
• Oversee process qualification of equipment after installation and optimize performance and cost of ownership.
• Align with Product Groups on technical solution development and customer needs.
• Interact with Sales to propose and implement technical solutions.
• Support Service Teams in troubleshooting process deviations and provide guidance.
