Applied Materials is seeking a Process Support Engineer for Dielectric Deposition Products in the Grenoble area (Bernin). You will engage with customers early with R&D, qualify equipment after installation, optimize performance and cost of ownership, and work with Sales to implement technical solutions while supporting Service teams.
You should have semiconductor experience, knowledge of integration, and fluent English; travel to customer sites is expected.
Qualifications
- Master or PhD in chemistry/ physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
- Professional experience with customer interaction is preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor production equipment is required.
Responsabilités
- Manage customer engagement and coordinate with R&D to position new products.
- Qualify processing equipment after installation and optimize performance and cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with Sales to propose technical solutions and support Service in troubleshooting process deviations.
- Adhere to security, IP and quality policies for Applied Materials and customers.
