What will you do?

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Deep knowledge of features, workflows, and integrations.
• Project Management / Scrum Master: Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Customizing Jira and Confluence to meet team needs.
• Investigation techniques, business process modeling, requirements development, and impact assessment skills.
• Analytical and modeling skills with an evidence-based approach.
• Managing project resources in a matrix environment.
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, meeting deadlines.

Experience with project tools such as Confluence and Jira is required.

• Problem-solving skills: breaking down complex problems, testing hypotheses.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Promoting good culture and behaviors aligned with I AM Risk.
• Managing risks and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Ensuring completion of mandatory and role-specific training.

• Strong influencing skills across stakeholder levels.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Customer focus:

• Building relationships with stakeholders.
• Driving customer satisfaction through engagement and endorsements.
• Leading requirements elicitation and engineering, maintaining customer focus.
• Communicating benefits and addressing concerns.
• Producing documentation for analysis and reporting.
• Understanding business processes and supporting them with Jira and Confluence.
• Focusing on user needs and usability.
• Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
