Job summary

L’Oréal Group invites a Master 2 or final-year engineering student for a 6-month Process Engineering internship starting January 2027 in Île-de-France. Work within the Process & Pilot Expertise team to industrialize and optimize manufacturing processes for makeup, hair color or hygiene.

You'll develop and optimize processes, run lab and workshop-scale trials with DOE, participate in scale-up at plant level, and lead cross-functional improvement projects with R&I, Operations, and plants.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master 2 or final-year engineering program with a focus on process/chemical engineering.
• Strong experimentation, rigorous analytical and scientific mindset.
• Curious, autonomous, adaptable to pace and workload; good interpersonal skills.
• Interest in project management.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Study existing processes and propose improvements in quality, robustness and performance.
• Run lab- and workshop-scale trials with controls and design experiments (DOE).
• Run pilot batches and scale up at plant level.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects with diverse stakeholders.
