Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe invites you to join a 6-month internship in Process Engineering starting January 2027. ThisMaster-2 or final-year engineering program candidate will work on developing and optimizing processes, conducting experiments, and supporting scale-up activities within a global beauty leader.

Fluency in English and French is required. The role emphasizes hands-on work, rigor, curiosity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across brands and plants.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master 2 or final-year engineering program in process/chemical engineering.
• Hands-on experimentation, rigor, and an analytical mind are essential.
• Fluent in English and French; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes, improving quality, robustness and performance.
• Plan and run lab- and workshop-scale experiments with DOE methods.
• Perform pilot-scale scale-up and contribute to industrialization activities.
• Lead cross-functional process-improvement projects with diverse stakeholders.
