Purpose
Develop, qualify, and maintain manufacturing/measurement processes that ensure product functionality and quality, as well as the industrial performance of associated operations.
Your Missions
Ensure product specifications are met at each stage.
Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC (Fault Detection Classification) controls for the processes/measurements under your responsibility.
Ensure the processing of non-compliant in-process batches and process/measurement diagnostics.
Analyze performance and quality detractors for the processes/measurements under your responsibility. Design and implement improvement strategies.
Maintain or improve production/measurement recipes while ensuring compliance with industrial parameters (process speeds/measurement speeds, engineering time, setup time, characterization time).
Duplicate characterization methods (types of measurement and sampling) for the processes/measurements under your responsibility. Develop and maintain up-to-date production documentation relating to the processes/measurements under their responsibility.
Contribute to FMEAs, 8Ds, and MRBs relating to the processes/measurements in their sector.
Actively participate in the preparation of internal and external audits.
Provide training related to the processes/measurements under their responsibility (particularly for technicians, new hires, production staff, etc.).
Contribute to the development and implementation of the technical strategy for their sector.
Execute the transfer of the processes/measurements under their responsibility from or to other X-FAB sites.
Your Profile
Education: Engineering school, Master's or Doctorate
Languages: Fluent English & French
Experience: You have experience in semiconductor processes. You know how to characterize the various deposited materials. You have skills in SPC, FDC/APC, and DOE. Rigorous and autonomous, you have a strong taste for hands-on work and dynamic environments. Your communication skills and adaptability will allow you to quickly integrate into our teams.
You will work in an international environment and interact with colleagues or suppliers based abroad.
