A clean energy technology company in Paris is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to drive the development and optimization of their Thermal Energy Storage technology. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and relevant experience in energy systems or industrial engineering. We are looking for a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development, optimization, and deployment of our TES technology. This is a high-impact role with responsibilities spanning R&D, prototyping, and industrial-scale implementation.
What You’ll Do :
Design and optimize the core processes of Epyr’s thermal energy storage systems
Contribute to pilot projects on-site, from early-stage testing to full-scale deployment
Analyze material properties and thermal behavior to enhance system performance
Conduct simulations and performance analyses to guide technical improvements
Collaborate with external partners on manufacturing, sourcing, and integration
Document technical developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Master’s degree from a top engineering school or university
1 to 5 years of experience in energy systems, industrial process engineering, or hardware prototyping
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a startup environment: resourceful, adaptable, and hands-on
Demonstrated passion for climate innovation and the energy transition
Past experience with physical systems development, thermal modeling, or pilot testing is a strong plus
