We are looking for a Process Engineer that will have a key role in our customer order projects, having the overall responsibility of the Process Design and Functional Engineering of Processing Projects, from order to Performance validation.

The position is permanent and can be based in Tetra Pak office in France or the Benelux region. The position will include some travelling approx. 30%.

What you will do

Joining a dynamic team of skilled process-, automation-, and mechanical engineers, you will contribute to delivering innovative processing solutions to our diverse range of customers worldwide. Collaborating closely with various departments such as R&D, production, sales, and project centers, this position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a global network.

Main responsibilities:

• Support and deliver process design in projects throughout the order process.
• Specifying and dimensioning of process equipment and solutions.
• Provide technical support to the sales organization during the pre-project Phase.
• Contribute to technical review and discussions with project centers to understand customer needs.
• Assist in technical issue handling and documentation, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Gain experience in troubleshooting at customer site, progressively taking on more responsibility in functional areas of projects.

We believe you have

• University degree/diploma or equivalent, preferably within chemical engineering and/or food technology or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position within the chemichal, pharma or food processing industry.
• Technical expertise, with a preference for experience in food processes.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and SAP is valuable .
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Skills in order management, customer experience, and project management are considered advantageous.
