ALTA Performance Materials France is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize chemical production processes, ensuring safety and compliance with ALTA standards.

You will implement continuous improvement, support CapEx projects, and collaborate with teams. English fluent required; 1 year experience in chemical industry is preferred. The role is based in France and offers opportunities in a global resin and composites leader.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the chemical industry.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety is the site's number one priority and halt unsafe work.
• Develop and sustain a safety culture in compliance with ALTA standards.
• Conduct incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Define and execute the audit program including BBS.
• Support operations with capacity planning and resource needs.
• Lead process improvements and CAPEX projects.
