• Support World Class Operations Management implementation.
• Investigate manufacturing process problems and develop solutions.
• Train machine operators on new equipment and procedures.
• Collaborate with production crews and supervisors to troubleshoot problems.
• Document procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Blow molding experience including machine set-up
