This role requires 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing and strong supervisory skills. You will ensure production runs meet quality standards and contribute to the development of innovative materials. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, pilot production, or lab‑adjacent operations.
• Experience supervising or coordinating operators or technicians.
• Comfortable in manual or semi-manual production environments.

• Oversee production runs according to SOPs and schedules.
• Support development and experimental runs alongside R&D and operations.
• Ensure quality expectations are met during production and pilot runs.
