Job summary

Qualifications
- Bac+5 engineer in biological/process engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in process industry (chemical, agri-food, biotech, energy or water treatment) is appreciated.
- Knowledge of water treatment, recycling and energy efficiency is important.
- Techno-economic analysis and investment studies are helpful.
- Familiar with PID/PFD schematics and continuous improvement methods.
Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor pilot water recycling unit.
- Carry out techno-economic analysis of envisaged solutions and compare with market options.
- Formulate recommendations for industrialization.
- Analyze energy consumption and deploy optimization solutions (utilities, processes, energy recovery).
- Support commissioning of the industrial demonstrator and ramp-up of processes.
- Lead trials, monitor sterility, and improve CIP/SIP strategies to reduce contamination risks.
- Contribute to scaling-up Maash processes and update functional analyses with automation partners.
- Provide technical documentation and participate in FSCC22000 certifications and HACCP activities.
