Ce poste exige un doctorat ou diplôme d'ingénieur en chimie organique, une expertise solide en synthèse et développement de procédés, et une aisance à communiquer en anglais dans un contexte international.

Located at our Bolbec site (Normandy) , you will join a dynamic environment at the heart of CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls) activities, working in close collaboration with analytical, formulation, quality, and industrial teams.
As Process Chemistry Manager , you will lead and inspire a team of approximately 10 scientists (a mix of Research Engineers/PhDs and Technicians) dedicated to the design, optimization, and scale-up of synthetic processes for future drug candidates.
Operating at the interface between R&D and Industry, you will be a key player in the CHAD (Chemical and Analytical Development) department, managing activities for small molecules, ASOs, and ADCs.
