Servier France recherche un Leader d'équipe Chimie de Processus sur le site de Bolbec. Vous piloterez une équipe d’environ 10 scientifiques pour concevoir, optimiser et monter en échelle des procédés synthétiques destinés à des candidats médicaments.

Rattaché au CHAD, vous travaillerez avec les équipes analytique, formulation, qualité et production dans un contexte international; un PhD ou diplôme d’ingénieur en chimie organique et l’anglais courant sont requis.

Qualifications

• Doctorat en chimie organique ou diplôme d’ingénieur en chimie organique.
• Expertise en synthèse et développement de procédés.
• Expérience CMC appréciée.
• Capacité à diriger et motiver une équipe.
• Anglais courant indispensable dans un contexte international.

Responsabilités

• Diriger une équipe d’environ 10 scientifiques consacrée à la conception, l’optimisation et la montée en échelle des procédés.
• Conduire les activités à l’interface R&D et industrie (CHAD), projets internes et partenariats externes.
• Garantir les délais, coûts et la qualité des livrables.
• Favoriser l’innovation et le développement technique et humain de l’équipe.

ORIL Industrie (1000 employees), the 2nd largest chemical industrial site in France, a subsidiary of the SERVIER Group committed to therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients, is a strategic chemical production site in the pharmaceutical field.

Located at our Bolbec site (Normandy), you will join a dynamic environment at the heart of CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls) activities, working in close collaboration with analytical, formulation, quality, and industrial teams.

The Mission

As Process Chemistry Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a team of approximately 10 scientists (a mix of Research Engineers/PhDs and Technicians) dedicated to the design, optimization, and scale-up of synthetic processes for future drug candidates.

Operating at the interface between R&D and Industry, you will be a key player in the CHAD (Chemical and Analytical Development) department, managing activities for small molecules, ASOs, and ADCs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Vision: Drive scientific and technical activities within a project-based logic, ensuring the delivery of materials ranging from grams to kilos for preclinical and clinical studies.
• Empower Your Team: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation. You will challenge the status quo, pushing your team to explore new domains while ensuring their technical and human development.
• Strategic Impact: Contribute to CMC strategies and key development decisions, managing both internal projects and external partnerships (60% external/40% internal ratio).
• Performance & Quality: Guarantee that timelines, costs, and quality standards are met for all deliverables.
