Servier recrute au poste de Process Chemistry Team Leader sur le site de Bolbec (Normandie). Vous dirigerez une équipe d’environ 10 scientifiques dédiés à la conception et à l’optimisation des procédés synthétiques pour des candidats médicaments.

Intégré au CHAD (Chemical and Analytical Development), vous travaillez en interface R&D et industrie et pilotez les aspects CMC, avec des responsabilités vis-à-vis des partenaires externes et du respect des délais, coûts et qualité.

Qualifications

• PhD en chimie organique ou diplôme d’ingénieur en chimie organique.
• Expertise en synthèse et développement de procédés; expérience en environnement CMC est un atout.
• Capacité de leadership, communication et établissement d’une vision technique.
• Anglais courant, orientation internationale.

Responsabilités

• Diriger des activités scientifiques et techniques dans un cadre projet.
• Encadrer et développer une équipe d’environ 10 chercheurs et techniciens.
• Contribuer aux stratégies CMC et gérer des projets internes et externes (60% externes/40% internes).
• Assurer le respect des délais, coûts et standards de qualité des livrables.

The Mission

As Process Chemistry Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a team of approximately 10 scientists (a mix of Research Engineers/PhDs and Technicians) dedicated to the design, optimization, and scale-up of synthetic processes for future drug candidates.

Operating at the interface between R&D and Industry, you will be a key player in the CHAD (Chemical and Analytical Development) department, managing activities for small molecules, ASOs, and ADCs.
