Job summary

Ai Makers is hiring a Process & AI Consultant, trainer and change management specialist, reporting to the COO. The role is fully remote with regular travel to client sites in France (occasional travel to Morocco).

You will audit client workflows, design AI-powered automations and deliver hands-on training to teams of 10–30. You must have 4+ years in tech consulting, be bilingual in French and English, and proficient with generative AI tools and automation platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in tech consulting (IT services firm, technology consultancy or systems integrator).
• Experienced trainer who can manage groups and drive progression.
• Hands-on use of generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and process automation tools.
• A portfolio of workflows, automations or demos to show capability.
• Bilingual in French and English; regular travel to client sites in France and Morocco.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for business teams at clients and translate needs into steps and specs for engineers.
• Run AI audits: interviews, process mapping, prioritisation, and executive readouts.
• Design AI-powered process automations from prototype to production with our engineers.
• Design and deliver AI training for groups of 10 to 30 people, from beginners to advanced teams.
• Lead change management with AI champions and adoption rituals; measure usage and evolve methods.
