Job summary

Revaia, based in Paris, seeks a Private Equity Investment Intern, Technology, starting March 2027 for a 6‑month program. You will join the investment team and work under 8 investors across Europe, contributing to sourcing, investment analysis, fundraising, and portfolio support.

Fluency in French and English is required, and prior finance internships are valued. The role offers a hands-on path through the entire investment cycle, with exposure to European tech growth.

Qualifications

• Internship experience in finance (VC/PE/M&A) or strategy consulting.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about tech ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: analyze sectors/geographies to identify opportunities and attend industry events.
• Assist in investment processes: market reviews, financial modeling, memos for committees, ESG integration.
• Support fundraising: preparing materials, engaging potential LPs, drafting followups.
• Prepare weekly deal-flow meetings and present analyses.
• Portfolio support: assist entrepreneurs and portfolio teams.

Based in Paris, the intern will be part of the investment team and will be supervised by 8 investors in London, Paris, Munich and Berlin. She or he will be fully involved in all steps of the investment process.

Key contributions include:

• Sourcing:in-depth analysis of targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities. Participation in industry forums and tech-related events.
• Assistance in the investment process:market reviews,work with industry experts, financial analysis and modeling, participation in meetings with companies, advisors, and partners, preparation of investment memos for Investment Committee. Make sure ESG processes and criteria are integrated all along the investment cycle and promoted among portfolio companies
• Assistance in the fundraising process:preparation and update of presentation materials, sourcing of potential LPs, draft of follow-up emails, etc.
• Preparation of weekly meetings:deal flow review, new investment opportunities, and presentation of analyses carried out.
• Portfolio support:work with and help support the entrepreneurs and teams of our portfolio companies.

• At least one internship experience in finance (VC, PE, M&A…) or strategy consulting
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity to understand the technology ecosystem
• Autonomy and multi-tasking
• Full proficiency (fluent or native) in French and in English - a second and/or third language is a plus

Compensation:1,700€ / month + discretionary bonus at the end of the internship period
