Revaia in Paris invites applications for a Private Equity Investment Intern, Technology, to join the investment team and learn through active involvement in sourcing, analysis, and portfolio support.

Start date is January 2027 or March 2027. Location: Paris, 77 boulevard Malesherbes. Duration: 6 months. Compensation: €1,700 per month plus discretionary bonus at the internship end.

Qualifications

• At least one internship in finance (VC/PE/M&A) or strategy consulting.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity about technology ecosystem.
• Autonomy and ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing: analyze sectors/geographies to identify investment opportunities; attend industry forums and events.
• Assistance in the investment process: market reviews, financial modeling, meetings with companies and partners, investment memo prep; ensure ESG criteria are integrated.
• Assistance in fundraising: prepare materials, source potential LPs, draft follow-up emails.
• Prepare weekly deal-flow meetings: review opportunities and present analyses.

Based in Paris, the intern will be part of the investment team and will be supervised by 8 investors in London, Paris, Munich and Berlin. She or he will be fully involved in all steps of the investment process.

Key contributions include:

• Sourcing:in-depth analysis of targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities. Participation in industry forums and tech-related events.
• Assistance in the investment process:market reviews,work with industry experts, financial analysis and modeling, participation in meetings with companies, advisors, and partners, preparation of investment memos for Investment Committee. Make sure ESG processes and criteria are integrated all along the investment cycle and promoted among portfolio companies
• Assistance in the fundraising process:preparation and update of presentation materials, sourcing of potential LPs, draft of follow-up emails, etc.
• Preparation of weekly meetings:deal flow review, new investment opportunities, and presentation of analyses carried out.
• Portfolio support:work with and help support the entrepreneurs and teams of our portfolio companies.

• At least one internship experience in finance (VC, PE, M&A…) or strategy consulting
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity to understand the technology ecosystem
• Autonomy and multi-tasking
• Full proficiency (fluent or native) in French and in English - a second and/or third language is a plus
