Revaia in Paris is seeking a finance/investment intern to join the investment team and be supervised by 8 investors across London, Paris, Munich and Berlin. You will be involved in all steps of the investment process and support sourcing, analysis, meetings, and memo preparation.

Key duties include market reviews, financial modeling, fundraising assistance, weekly deal-flow preparation, and portfolio support.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one internship experience in finance (VC, PE, M&A) or strategy consulting.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity to understand the technology ecosystem.
• Strong modelling skills are essential.
• Autonomy and the ability to multi-task across projects.
• Full proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing: analyze targeted sectors/geographies to identify opportunities.
• Assist in the investment process: market reviews, financial analysis, modeling, meetings, memo prep.
• Assist in fundraising: update materials, source potential LPs, draft follow-up emails.
• Prepare for weekly deal flow meetings: review opportunities and present analyses.
• Portfolio support: assist entrepreneurs and portfolio teams.

Based in Paris, the intern will be part of the investment team and will be supervised by 8 investors in London, Paris, Munich and Berlin. She or he will be fully involved in all steps of the investment process.

Key contributions include:

• Sourcing: in-depth analysis of targeted sectors or geographies to identify potential new investment opportunities. Participation in industry forums and tech-related events.
• Assistance in the investment process: market reviews, work with industry experts, financial analysis and modeling, participation in meetings with companies, advisors, and partners, preparation of investment memos for Investment Committee. Make sure ESG processes and criteria are integrated all along the investment cycle and promoted among portfolio companies
• Assistance in the fundraising process: preparation and update of presentation materials, sourcing of potential LPs, draft of follow-up emails, etc.
• Preparation of weekly meetings: deal flow review, new investment opportunities, and presentation of analyses carried out.
• Portfolio support: work with and help support the entrepreneurs and teams of our portfolio companies.

At least one internship experience in finance (VC, PE, M&A...) or strategy consulting

Start date: January 2027 or March 2027

Location : 77 boulevard Malesherbes, 75008 Paris, France

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: 1,700€ / month + discretionary bonus at the end of the internship period
