Job summary

Tikehau Capital is seeking motivated interns to support evaluation, execution and monitoring of private equity transactions in Paris. You will build financial models, draft memos, and assist in fundraising, reporting to investment teams.

Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint will be utilized daily. This internship runs from January and March 2027, based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies.
• Build financial models and run scenario analyses on business plans.
• Draft investment memorandums and participate in investment committee processes.
• Provide support on portfolio company follow-up.
• Attend management meetings and contribute to fundraising strategy.
