Job summary

IXO Inc. seeks a private equity-focused professional to build and review exercises covering investment screening, LBO analysis, and portfolio decisions.

You will create CIM screening tasks, stress-test capital structures, and assess diligence findings with a view to defensible risk mitigation. The role requires 2–6+ years in private equity or post-IB, along with an MBA or finance master's and experience producing LBO models and investment memoranda for partner review.

Qualifications

• Two to six or more years in private equity, directly or after investment banking.
• MBA, finance master's or comparable advanced study; highly regarded programs valued.
• Experience producing LBO models and investment memoranda for principal or partner review.
• Participation in transaction diligence and risk assessment, clear professional writing and sound judgment under uncertainty.
• Ability to deliver careful work against agreed requirements.

Pay and engagement

$48-$105/hour
