Eurazeo, a leading global investment group, offers an internship in its Private Debt Management team. The role covers fund lifecycle monitoring, capital calls, distributions, and financial control activities within a dynamic Operations department.

You will work on accounting closings, fund valuation, investor reports, and coordination with depositaries and auditors, requiring autonomy, rigor, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or business with a strong academic track record.
• First experience in financial control, management control, or audit.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate clearly in writing.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the fund lifecycle from inception to liquidation.
• Manage capital calls and distributions, recording in eFront.
• Prepare and review accounting closings.
• Value investment funds and calculate NAVs.
• Draft investor and annual reports.
• Calculate and monitor investment ratio requirements.
• Manage relationships with depositary, fund administrator, and external auditors.
