Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience in B2B enterprise, platform, developer or infrastructure products.
• Proven customer discovery and co-creation skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs and business strategy into clear roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other PMs and elevating team practices.
• Excellent communication, translating technical complexity into business language.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with developers, architects and platform engineers to build a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap.
• Advocate for developer experience, API/SDK usability, onboarding and adoption as measures of success.
• Balance short-term customer value with long-term product health and scalable architecture decisions.
• Leverage AI thoughtfully to enhance discovery, analysis and documentation while keeping product judgment with the team.
