Zeffy user onboarding is fully self-serve (we don’t have a sales team) and our product being free, we must ensure we are always delivering anincredibly smooth and delightful UX via our product.

About the role

While Zeffy began as a fundraising platform, our long-term vision is to become the comprehensive one-stop-shop for small and medium nonprofits all along their journey (nonprofit creation, fundraising, donor communication, banking, reporting, etc.).

As a Principal Product Manager (reporting to our Head of Product), you will lead our expansion efforts starting with our most promising diversification opportunity: a CRM built specifically for small and medium nonprofits .

Today they juggle across multiple tools, leading to lost time and missed opportunities. We want to build a CRM that gives them a clear, complete view of their donor relationships, helping them raise more funds while spending less time on administration.

We already have a first product and a fit, and now our goal is to get 80% of our fundraising users to use our CRM in two years.

Your mission?

Build the best CRM possible for small and medium nonprofits.

More precisely you will:

• Deep dive to understand precisely our users, our data,and the competition to identify the most impactful opportunities to focus on.
• Develop an inspiring product vision for Zeffy CRM and define a roadmap to get there iteratively.
• Validate your assumptions through testing and feedback loops.
• Create compelling product “one pagers” with clearly defined opportunities, simple & elegant high level solutions that aligns design, engineering and leadership on the opportunity.
• Track key performance indicators for product success and implement submetrics (+ conduct A/B test when relevant).

Preferred experience

• 8+ years of total experience as a Product Manager, Product Leader or Startup Founder
• 4+ years of successful experience as a PM in a fast-moving start-up/scale-up environment with mature product practices (discovery, assumption testing, outcome-based objectives, etc.)
• Extensive experience running user interviews to uncover their real unmet needs
• Experience validating Product Market Fit for new products approach with either clear success or valuable learnings
• Experience working on products with great UX targeting consumers (B2C) or SMB (small & medium businesses)
• Experience in products with a full marketing and product led acquisition
• Experience in the nonprofit sector
• Experience in the US market

Seniority and Compensation Range:

• Minimum Qualification: 6+ years as Product Manager / Leader or Startup Founder
• Salary Range: €90,000 to €120,000 + stock options
• Health insurance and Access to Alan platform
• Wellness Allowance: such as sports, nutrition, personal development, and mental health.
• Public transportation: 50% reimbursement of monthly subscriptions.
• Offices located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, with possibility of flexible, remote work.
• Offsite summit once a year with the entire team

Recruitment Process

• Call with Recruiter (video call, 45min)
• Meeting with the Head of Product (video call, 1.5h)
• Paid Case Study (2-part process: take-home assignment + in-person presentation, total 6h, compensation of 350€)
