IQVIA is seeking a Principal in the HE/HTA/V&A practice to lead high‑impact client engagements, shaping evidence strategies and payer value stories. You will drive business opportunities, mentor teams, and deliver projects with IQVIA capabilities worldwide.

The role requires a Master’s and 10+ years in consulting, pharma/healthcare with HTA or HEOR focus; AI/ML experience is a plus. Strong relationship skills and commercial acumen are essential to advance IQVIA’s leadership in health economics.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree. At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with a focus on HTA or HEOR.
• A track record of driving HQ/global deals, aligned with suitable offerings development experience.
• An established network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry and payers.

• Lead client engagements from initial conversations to solution delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and drive new business with existing and new clients.
