As a Principal Product Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Provide first-level technical support to customers for the company's products, including problem resolution, answering questions, and providing expert advice.

Maintain strong and lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services by understanding their needs and providing personalized support, with a focus on power electronics applications and smart switches.

Organize and deliver training on the company's smart switch products for clients, presenting features, benefits, and best practices for using smart switches in various power electronics applications.

Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and efforts across the company, sharing customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for improving smart switch products.

Contribute to special projects, such as creating new features or resolving complex issues, by bringing your technical expertise and knowledge of customer needs in power electronics.

Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the field of smart switches and power electronics, as well as system and electronic simulation, to provide customers with informed advice and contribute to the continuous improvement of products.

Use system and electronic simulation tools to model and analyze the performance of the company's smart switch products in various power electronics applications, including design validation, performance optimization, and predicting behavior under real-world conditions.

Your Profile
You are a very communicative person with a self-driven working style that enables you to take ownership of your work and support others’ work. Your customers are always at the heart of your thoughts and actions and you are able to establish trusting and long-term relationships.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Power Electronics or a related field;

10+ years of experience in the field of semiconductors, gate drivers, smart switches for low voltage applications or other relevant fields;

You have a deep technical understanding in the field of expertise of the semiconductor components for power distribution and particularly gate drivers and MOSFETs.

Practical experience with system and electronic simulation tools, such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, LTspice, or similar tools

Proficiency in Embedded Software and Python scripting are key skills that will be highly appreciated

Innovative mindset, with the ability to observe and act on trends in the field of power electronics and smart switches, and support feasibility studies.

Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

Ability to communicate and guide the customer’s needs; solve problems and work with cross-functional teams;

Fluency in English.
