Successful candidates for this position will have:

• Deep knowledge and hands on experience with state of art TCAD device simulation and process emulation
• Experience in performing TCAD studies on semiconductor device characteristics to guide process experiments and device optimizations with scaling (40nm node and below).
• Knowledge of electrical device characterization and design of test structures
• Experience with layout design software (Cadence) and data analysis tools (JMP/ACE)
• Experience in logic standard cell layout of advanced nodes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Expect to work closely with cross functional team
• M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, physics or equivalent field with 3-7 years semiconductor industry experience
