A Crypto wallet security infrastructureprovider are looking for a Principa Solutions Engineer (Permanent role - Remote).

Theydevelop the most secure wallet-as-a-service infrastructure in Web3 : an API-first wallet management system, ideal for applications and organizations seeking to provide secure access to all blockchains through a single integration). APIs and SDKs were designed for wallet programmability and efficient implementations, enabling fast deployments, smart automation flows, as well as granular sets of permissions and policies via secure authentication credentials.They are on the way to become the leading wallet infrastructure for the multi-trillion-dollar digital asset industry.

As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with sales skills to design, deliver, and present tailored solutions for fintechs and financial institutions. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, ensure successful integrations, and enhance technical documentation to industry-leading standards. With a deep understanding of blockchain wallet functionality and underlying technical foundations, you will provide solutions addressing client needs and guiding technical experts, from engineers to CTOs.

MISSIONS

• Lead client onboarding to ensure seamless solution adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues via chat or calls.
• Collaborate with clients to deploy tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Create and deliver technical proposals for potential clients, both in writing and on calls.
• Offer post-implementation support and suggest enhancements.
• Gather client feedback to improve products and API documentation.
• Analyze competitors to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Work with sales teams to plan and close strategic deals.
• Oversee technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs.
• Prepare pre-sales reports by analyzing trends and sales data.
• Log client feedback to develop focused sales strategies.
• Estimate project costs by reviewing client documents and consulting with the team.
• Train and equip the sales team with support materials.
• Use tools and technologies to boost productivity and enhance customer support.
• Support sales and marketing by attending conferences, workshops, and events.

Profil

6+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Forward-Deployed Engineer, or similar role.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.

Proficient in TypeScript (or similar programming languages).

Experienced in implementing and configuring APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).

Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing performance bottlenecks.

Familiar with backend, microservices, serverless architecture, and distributed services.

Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).

Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to advocate for ideas.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.

Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Exceptional documentation abilities for creating technical guides and proposals.

Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and product demos.

Focus on client requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

Team player who works well with different teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering).

Willingness to travel and continuously learn in sales and engineering fields.

Knowledge of the crypto custody industry and its use cases is a big plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.

Fluency in multiple languages is also a plus.

Informations contractuelles

Contract : Permanent role (Hybrid remote) in Paris (France) or other EU countries

Remote first company : flexibility to work fully remotely or at an office location of your preference within the European Union.

Salary : €120-160K per year on a full-time permanent work contract.

Equity : 300-600 stock options (0.1-0.4%) vested over 4 years with a one-year cliff.
