Principal Consultant / Master Solution Architect SLM (f/m/d)

Your life at ITC Infotech:

• Lead major parts of our client’s projects as a Solution Architect for Service Lifecycle Management (SLM)
• Define client-specific solution architectures for SLM, focusing on processes and the application of PLM/SLM or on technical implementation
• Analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and ensure their successful implementation
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Design standardized solution components as part of DxP Services’ portfolio
• Support the development of DxP Services’ methods and strategies in SLM
• Identify potential new projects with clients and support acquisition of new business
• Support sales and marketing activities for strategic customers

Your background:

• Educational background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• 10+ years of experience in business process or IT consulting, e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer, or technical project manager
• Knowledge of software such as Windchill SIM, Arbortext Editor/Styler, Arbortext Publishing Engine, APE, S&PI, Arbortext Content Delivery
• Specific industry knowledge in automotive, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
• Business knowledge in authoring, aftermarket, technical documentation is a plus
• Knowledge of DITA, S1000D, DTD creation is appreciated
• Proficiency in XML, XSL-T, CSS, and stylesheet development
• Experience in designing, configuring, or customizing enterprise SLM solutions
• Ability to work autonomously and focus on goals
• Experience leading software integration projects
• Knowledge of IT architectures related to PLM (client-server, cloud, SaaS), software development, interfaces, and database systems
• Customer service-oriented
• Experience conducting and managing workshops
• Full professional proficiency in French and English
