What you will do

Our consultants partner with customers to unlock the full potential of their Oracle Cloud solutions and ensure that business outcomes are met. As an HCM functional consultant, you’ll advise clients on their HR transformation needs, reduce their risk, and improve their return on investment.

• Gather business requirements
• Build consensus around business processes and design
• Communicate Oracle’s HCM capabilities
• Maintain consistent rapport with client experts
• Design and configure the Oracle HCM application solution
• Travel when necessary

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
