Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in France seeks a senior IC design lead to collaborate with analog and mixed-signal experts, driving projects and technical decisions. You will document performance, support pre-silicon verification, and translate product requirements into robust designs.

You will mentor junior designers, promote best practices, and contribute to cross-site teamwork with strong communication. Fluency in English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Electronics or Microelectronics.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Cadence design tools/environment including Virtuoso and Maestro/Assembler/Explorer.
• Experience as a design team lead with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-site teams with strong team spirit.
• Creative mindset with patents and/or international publications and proven problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
