Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/CE or related field required.
• 15+ years of software development or research experience.
• Expert in C/C++ with deep algorithm knowledge.
• Strong background in parallel programming (CUDA/OpenMP/OpenACC/MPI/pthreads).
• Hands-on experience with low-level performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of CPU and GPU architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsabilités

• Research and develop techniques to GPU accelerate AI workloads.
• Collaborate with experts to analyze and optimize AI/HPC algorithms on CPU/GPU.
• Publish or present optimization techniques to blogs or conferences.
