Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in France seeks a senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in large-scale distributed training and neural network alignment. You will support leading EMEA AI researchers and institutions in training and post-training of AI models, including MoE models.

You will bridge research and engineering, guide customers on NVIDIA's full training stack (including Nemotron), and help shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of practical experience in distributed AI training with multi-node GPU clusters.
• Strong understanding of training infrastructure and efficiency.
• Proficiency with Megatron-LM, NeMo, or equivalent distributed training frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage both research scientists and infrastructure engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic technical relationships with leading EMEA AI model builders developing large-scale foundation models.
• Define the software stack and infrastructure required for large-scale training and post-training workflows, including RL.
• Serve as the go-to expert on distributed training strategies and guide customers through large-scale training and post-training recipes using PyTorch, Megatron-LM or NeMo.
• Help customers optimize training/finetuning efficiency at scale, covering GPU utilization, memory management at scale.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA's product and research teams to present customer needs.
• Animate the developer community by building or supporting hackathons, demos, technical conferences.
